Vials contain lyophilised (freeze-dried) powder that requires reconstitution with bacteriostatic water before use. Pens are pre-filled research delivery devices for compounds where this format is appropriate. Both contain the same quantity and purity of compound.
Lyophilised peptides should be stored at −20°C, protected from light and moisture. Once reconstituted, store at 4°C and use within 28 days. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Specific storage guidance is included with each product.

We accept UK Open Banking (Pay by Bank) for UK customers — this is a direct bank transfer with instant confirmation, no card details required. We also accept cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum and others) via BTCPay Server for UK and international customers.
Yes. Open Banking payments are authorised directly through your bank's own app or website using the same security as any other bank transfer. We never see your card or banking credentials. Payments are FCA-regulated.
We do not currently accept debit or credit cards. Open Banking and cryptocurrency are available to all customers. We may add additional payment options in future.
Shipping & Delivery
Yes. We ship worldwide. International customers should be aware that import laws and regulations vary by country. The buyer is solely responsible for understanding and complying with local laws. We do not accept liability for orders seized by customs. All import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
UK orders typically arrive within 1–2 business days via tracked shipping. International orders usually arrive within 5–14 business days depending on destination and customs clearance. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging. Temperature-sensitive compounds are packed with appropriate cold-chain materials. Packaging is tamper-evident and sealed.

Due to the nature of research chemicals and cold-chain requirements, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with supporting photographs and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
